At Ice Shaker, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused Ice Shaker bottle in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include all original inserts.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
